I mean, sure, there are a LOT of improvements that cold be made to it, but on a whole it's not that bad, and when done well (and trust, this is done well. The seams line up amazingly,) they can be awesome. Advantage! Being able to sit an not have to have a scrit to make your skirt stay in place!

Stipend - 09/20/2008: Hypnotized

This week's stipend went to Haunted Zuzu's Circus Kitana dress, which I've had favorited in my OnRez account for ages. The detail is lovely on this dress, but what appeals to me most is the sparing use of stripes to accent the gown and draw the viewer's eye. Simple, but effective.

As an added bonus, the dress comes not only with a shorter length skirt, and but also a variety of sizes for both lengths to fit the varying figures or residents. (How I'm a small, I have yet to figure.)

Shopping:
Dress: Haunted Zuzu - Circus Kitana ($300)
Necklace: Paper Couture - Black Pearls Set
Ring: Paper Couture - Princess Ring (2007 Jewelry Fair)
Hair: Shop Seu - Sexy Hair in caramel brown (dyed)
Skin: Chai - Midnight in cream

Stipend - 09/14/08: Back to School

I was one of those kids that always liked school, so every fall I get fierce pangs of longing when I hear about classes starting and see all the aisles of school supplies in the stores. I'll probably cave in and go back at some point, but right now I have other priorities.

However, just because I'm missing out on classes, that doesn't mean I have to miss out on a new back-to-school wardrobe! Featured on this week's (month's!) stipend blowout is Sn@tch's 'Way 80s Sweater Dress' in army green. Warm enough to keep out the early evening chill, cool enough to intimidate freshmen and cut class without a second thought, it's a fall essential.

Also check out the moving sale at Frangipani - marked down clothes, and the hair is only $20L a pop!
